TOM AND JOAN'S BACKGROUND 

A Dansville native, Tom entered the Real Estate business in 1975, becoming a broker in 1976, and opening an office in 1978. He was a town and county supervisor from 1982 to 1990. In addition he has participated in many community activities over the last 25 years. He graduated from SUNY Brockport with a B.S. degree in Secondary Mathematics and received M.S. degree in Secondary Administration from SUNY Geneseo. He has been appraising real property for over 30 years and became a certified residential appraiser in 1992.

A Wayland native, Joan lived there until her marriage to Tom. Graduating from State University at Brockport with B.S. degree in Eduation, Joan went on for a Masters in Education from Elmira College. She currently serving on the Livingston County and Town of Ossian Planning Boards. She also participates in a local Investment Club.

We have raised our family, in the Dansville area, while participating in activities and organizations centered around school, church, community and athletics. Our current hobbies include spending time with our family, including three grandchildren, traveling, golfing, boating and skiing.
